Each speaking session is typically 45 minutes long. Please adhere to this timeline to ensure smooth transitions between sessions. -
What AV equipment will be available in the session rooms?
All session rooms will be equipped with the following:
- Projector and screen
- Lapel Microphone
- Laptop stand
- Clicker/remote for slide navigation
- Basic audio setup (for video or audio presentations)

Will I be able to attend other sessions?
Yes, as a speaker, you have full access to all conference sessions, workshops, and networking events. We encourage you to participate in as many sessions as your schedule allows. -
What if I need to cancel my participation as a speaker?
If you need to cancel, please notify our event team as soon as possible by emailing makon@dynaway.com. We understand that unexpected circumstances arise, but informing us early allows us to make alternative arrangements. -
