Through compelling case studies, he will highlight key challenges, including an airport’s struggle with reporting maintenance hours and how the automobile industry proved complex maintenance issues can be solved.

Joel will explore why CMMS adoption is often challenging and why even rational professionals resist change. He will also cover key performance indicators (KPIs) for CMMS success and practical solutions such as structured manuals, micro-learning, annual retraining, strong onboarding, and predefined protocols to drive efficiency.

This session is ideal for maintenance professionals, reliability engineers, and CMMS users looking to streamline adoption and improve maintenance operations.

1. Highlight the Analytics KPI Dashboard and the work with Get2Insight to get there.

2. Define leading KPIs in Maintenance and how they affect the lagging KPI of Reliability.
