By ticking "I agree," registering for, or attending any Dynaway CONNECT event, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Authorization: If you do not have the authority to accept these terms and conditions on behalf of a legal entity or if you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, you are not entitled to attend our events.
Changes: We reserve the right to modify and update these terms and conditions at any time. The most current version can be reviewed by clicking on the "Terms & Conditions" link located at the bottom of the Dynaway CONNECT website. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Service regularly.

Registration
Attendee Registration:
- Attendee registrations require full and complete payment for approval.
- Registration is complete when you receive a confirmation email from us.
- Verify payment and confirmation before making travel arrangements.
Payment Terms
- The default payment method for attendee registration is Credit Card, with wire transfer via invoice as an alternative.
- Approval depends on the processing and receipt of payment.
Registration on Behalf of Others
If you register on behalf of someone else, it is your responsibility to ensure that they are aware of and accept these terms.
No Reselling Tickets
- Tickets purchased by a legal company can be transferred to another representative of the same entity with our confirmation.
- Unauthorized reselling or transfer may void the ticket.
Travel Arrangements
Travel and Accommodation Costs:
- Attendees and speakers are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
- We can provide hotel suggestions or links to booking sites but do not manage or assume liability for accommodation arrangements.
Admittance to Events
We reserve the right to refuse admittance or eject anyone from our events who:
- Disrupts, hinders, or causes a nuisance to the event or other participants.
- Poses a security or health & safety risk.
- Fails to comply with applicable laws, venue terms, or these Terms.
Venue
In addition to these Terms, you agree to comply with venue rules and regulations.
Additional Event Restrictions
- No side events are allowed during event hours without prior permission.
- Restrictions and fees apply to marketing materials and activities.
- No children under 18 are allowed at the event.
Changes to the Event
- We may substitute, alter, postpone, or cancel event content, speakers, dates, or venues at our discretion.
- We will notify you of any changes via our website and email.
Postponement or Cancellation of Event
- In case of postponement, we provide substitute tickets for rescheduled dates.
- We refund registration fees if the event is canceled (not postponed).
Attendee/Sponsor Cancellation Policy
- Attendees can cancel and receive a full refund if they notify us at least 60 days before the event.
- Cancellations after this period are not refunded.
- Force majeure events may impact these policies.
Photo and Video During Event
- We may photograph or record the event for promotional purposes.
- By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness and information.
- Unauthorized recording and distribution are prohibited.
Insurance and Property Loss
- You are responsible for arranging insurance for your attendance or exhibition.
- We are not liable for injury, damage, or loss to persons or property during events.
Event Badges
- Event badges are personal and non-transferable.
- Display your badge during the entire event for identification and security purposes.
Privacy
- We are committed to protecting your personal information. Our privacy policy explains data collection, use, and your rights.
Intellectual Property Rights
- All event-related intellectual property rights are owned by us, sponsors, or speakers.
- Reproduction of trademarks or materials requires our prior written permission.
- Hosting events related to ours requires our prior approval.
Disclaimer
- Opinions expressed by speakers are their own; we do not endorse them.
- Materials provided are for informational purposes.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of materials.
Our Liability
- We are not liable for indirect damages, including loss of profits.
- Liability is further limited by applicable law.
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for losses due to causes beyond our control.
- Events may be affected by factors like war, terrorism, or natural disasters.
Validity
- These Terms apply from the date of publishing until superseded.
- We may update them for legal, regulatory, or service changes.
- Provisions will be interpreted to be valid to the extent allowed by applicable law.
Additional Anti-Harassment Terms
- We do not tolerate harassment or behavior that affects safety and well-being.
- Actions such as bullying, intimidation, or violence are prohibited.
- We may take action against violators, including expulsion from events.
