Implementing Dynaway EAM across multiple departments
This session will explore implementing Dynaway EAM across other service/maintenance-oriented departments within an organization. Topics covered will include:
1. The value proposition for having a single system for all maintenance activities across all departments at all locations for an organization.
2. Inter-departmental benefit from having a shared maintenance system.
3. The ability to provide organizational data analytics down to the individual maintenance technician level and what impact his has on standard maintained such as ISO and IATF.
4. Participants will also have time to discuss roadblocks, challenges and organizational change required to bring a project like this to fruition.
