Vehicle Maintenance Manager

James is the EAM Product Software Manager and former Vehicle Maintenance Manager at IndyGo, with 17 years of fleet maintenance experience in the public transit and military sectors.

He has advanced knowledge of vehicle maintenance, including installation, maintenance, and repair of relevant equipment. His expertise covers preventative maintenance, safety guidelines, and operational parameters.

James has managed several vehicle maintenance-related projects, including leading the implementation of Dynaway into fleet maintenance processes in 2019, which later expanded into other departments within IndyGo. This success led to his promotion to EAM Product Manager in March 2024.

In his current role, James is involved in the daily operation of Dynaway and D365F&O, acting as the primary point of contact for all departmental needs and requests related to these systems. He is also responsible for meeting reporting requirements for IndyGo department leaders, providing insights to the executive board, and fulfilling federal solicitation needs.
